Everything happening aside the work - socializing was great, the same goes for events etc.

brand-driven instead of product-driven, I believe an outstanding product helps more than good advertisement.

Stop hiring too many seniors/directors, start to develop your long term employees, they have the skills.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
I had a great time within the product department, but as the company is brand driven, we as product team had to be more or less reactive and solve solutions, which have been decided in other departments already. We tried but failed to be innovative.
Kommunikation
gossip and weekly announcements, its like within every company I guess. So it's been fair and you got updated quite often. Still, there are also well-kept secrets behind the curtains.
Work-Life-Balance
As a father I started early (7am) and had the office for myself I guess mainly till 10am. Most people used to work quite late and that's the main problem for early birds: There are always comments if you leave the office at 3 to 4 pm. People might think it's funny, but it's not. Well, it did not really bugged me, but still it's unnecessary.

Team product with our head of product was amazing. Loved the atmosphere.
Interessante Aufgaben
It depends on. I had a lot of creative time, but in the end and especially due to limited resources, I never made a big move on my ideas which finally led to my resignation. So in the end it depends on your product. Mine have been the third and fourth sales channels which definitely did not gain enough attention.
Arbeitsbedingungen
It could always be better, elevating desks etc. are missing. But in general for IT employees the hardware was satisfying. For other departments not. I still believe, that everyone should take the OS he wants, independent from their respective position.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
I was paid fair and I guess same with my colleagues. Still, I think there is a gap between old and new employees. Old employees always suffered with less salary. They should close the gaps.

It is a strong brand in their market, but should keep up with innovation and competitors. Those have established good images, too.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Received a budget for a training and certification, which was nice.
