Arbeitsatmosphäre

My experience has always been a great one within my team, but as always it's always a matter of whom you're working with and who your Manager is.

Kommunikation

You have regular Meetings where you get informed about nearly everything and within your Team again it depends on how much your line Manager wants you to know.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Since Corona and nearly permanent Home Office you don't really get to know the new colleagues anymore, but the people always have been one of the best things about Amorelie.

Work-Life-Balance

There are definitely people who always have to work more than their normal 40 hours and it doesn't help that departments that need more people just don't get any due to cost reason or even worse that positions from leaving people just don't get replaced. Also "flexible" working hours from 10-17:00 are a joke

Vorgesetztenverhalten

I had a great line Manager and Director but there are also Departments, where it's not that great, but it already improved a lot compared to the past.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

There aren't that many older colleagues, but in my Opinion there isn't any different treatment.

Arbeitsbedingungen

It could definitely be worse, but the Laptops aren't state of the art (maybe beside the tech departments), the office is really hot in the summer, there aren't enough meeting rooms and no possibilities for height adjusting desk or so

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

It's not that they don't wanna do it, they just don't do anything beside splitting the garbage in the kitchen

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

There's a huge different between people who are starting new and who are here longer and before you reach a certain level the salary is max. average. They also forbid you to talk about your salary in the working contract

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Depends on your line Manager/Director, but despite a few people who are there for a really long time, there aren't that many chances to climb the ladder. It happened multiple times that people didn't got a promotion or new tasks, quit and then they looked for a replacement with a higher position or that they were looking for a senior position without talking to an employee how they could develop to that
