Die Teams halten zusammen, aber auch zwischen den Abteilungen unterstützt man sich gegenseitig.
In meinem Fall waren die Arbeitszeiten flexibel, teilweise ist das durch die Struktur eingeschränkt, aber stets planbar. Dienstplanwünsch werden, wenn möglich, umgesetzt.
Die Arbeit mit den Klient*innen macht Spaß und durch die kontinuierliche Fortbildungsmaßnahmen lernt man immer wieder was dazu.
Man kommt gerne ins Büro, das Klima ist sehr freundlich, wertschätzend und respektvoll.
