High performance culture, a lot of fun as well. Nothing for people who do not want to perform. Half the company can be found on Friday evening at a bar together. there is a football team (mens) but we female employees we have gym, spining and padel sessions we do after work
prestigious in B2B and VC circles, as well as its industry
Its a high growth startup so longer hours
very fast career progression. individual contributors quickly take ownership for whole areas
competitive
high, the company has a massivley positive impact on their enviroment
see above regarding after work activities
Not so many older collagues, apart from upper management.
Great profile managers, McKinsey consultants, private equity types etc.
see above
good
Procurement department is very diverse. as of febuary: 7 women, 4 guys. From Afrikca, india, china, latin america, and 2 european countries
A lot of owernship and responsibility, you get given goals, not tasks
Ambitious business plan.
Total lack of respect for employees. Little to no understanding of customer retention. Little to no understanding of employee retention. Consistently hiring ex-consultants to micromanage meaningless reporting and useless tasks.
Create a transparent and stable commission structure, establish clear promotion and compensation criteria, and give employees meaningful autonomy. Reduce unnecessary micromanagement and reporting, set reasonable expectations around working hours, and create clearer accountability between departments. Stop hiring outside management, promote from within. Most importantly, take employee feedback seriously and understand that sustainable performance comes from trust, clarity, and respect.
The culture was extremely demanding and, in my experience, often toxic. Long hours, micromanagement, and constant changes to priorities were treated as normal "startup culture".
The base salary is described as "competitive". It is bare minimum. The bonus and commission structure changed frequently and lacks transparency; compensation could be determined by people far removed from the deal.
In fact, the working environment was intolerable. Two floors of office space, with only one working bathroom is absolutely shameful.
The company is male-dominated. The company hires very young and impressionable professionals, and I felt that some practices that would raise concerns elsewhere were normalized.
