The fixed office days don't have a good reason, it is from my perspective just a trust issue
No flexibility in working hours and combining family or other things with work

Direct leads are mostly great, the management lacks good leadership qualities

You can't see it at first glance but there are sexism issues and other things mostly from management. Women have to be "tough and powerful" to get further on the career path, empathy and caring is not appreciated, "everyone should just do what they are payed for", belittling language
There are mostly white males in lead positions

Feels like the target is young people who don't care that much about work life balance and professionalism
