Hire and Fire culture - Don’t expect to stay long

The office is nice.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Too high fluctuation. You constantly see people leaving.. Either they cannot handle the high pressure and leave after max two year or they are just getting fired because the leadership team has a problem with them. Just looking at the applike pictures here on the website: Half of the people who worked there last year are already gone.

Treat the employees with respect. They are the foundation of everything the company succeeded.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The office is nice but the pressure from the leadership team and the workload is just too high.. People get burned out from work and as soon as they say that it is too much they get rated as low performancers and are not respected especially from the senior management.
Kommunikation
Leadership team asks for feedback but they actually don’t want you to have an option or share your thoughts. Just do what you are told or you’ll risk to get fired

The people (besides leadership team) are super nice and stick together.
Work-Life-Balance
There is no work life balance. You are expected to work over hours and this is the standard.

Cannot say much as I had too many different leads in a short time.
Gleichberechtigung
You see a lot of different cultures in the company which is nice, but in terms of diversity there is room for improvement. Senior management consists of just male people. If they promote someone femal for a leadership role they make sure to keep highlighting it how diverse they are.

Cannot tell as the people who work there are mainly between 20-40

Compared to the over hours you have to do the salary is not fair.
