We are working hard to make applike the best workplace. An important component of our culture is being able to provide direct feedback, that's why we have in place different tools for providing continous feedback (Peakon surveys, C-sat surveys etc). At the same time, we've just implemented Performance feedback process that will help even more in feedback discussions both managers/supervisors and employees.
