Work-Life-Balance
Working hours are flexible. Focus is on impact, not on hours spend. You can go to the gym during working hours, or stroll around the Alster if you need to clear your head. It's a fast paced environment and impact is expected, but on the same side mental and physical health are supported and encouraged.
Gehalt/Benefits
Subjective perspective: but I can't complain about salary and I haven't heard of someone doing so.

Kollegenzusammenhalt
A very diverse and multi-cultural young team. A huge focus lays on creating an Applike culture which starts with having the right people on board. People are super supportive, open, inclusive and friendly. I couldn't ask for a better team.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Although there are also senior colleagues, the majority of people is rather young. Which doesn't mean that older colleagues are treated differently, but there are just fewer of them in comparison.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
My lead is doing an amazing job of supporting, coaching and developing me in my role. We have regular 1:1s, feedback talks and sparring sessions on functional matters. Besides work related topics we play ping-pong, have a beer after work or grab a kebab somewhere.
Kommunikation
Feedback culture is engrained deeply in the DNA of Applike. Both leads and peers give regular feedback on behavior and expectations. On company level there are regular updates on the trajectory of the company and current market developments.
Gleichberechtigung
The majority of leads are male, although there are a few very strong female leads. Besides cultural equality is a cornerstone of the companies values. Nobody gets treated differently because they are from culture X. There is a lot of empathy and inclusion with the people.
Interessante Aufgaben
Challenging topics, yet enough support and autonomy to figure out the best approach. Pragmatism is needed - 80/20 thinking. Its encouraged to make bold moves and experiment when it pays into the goal.
