hugely impacted by the people around you, thats why still 3 stars. c level management does not seem to be interested to create a good work environment. ruled by pressure, often unrealistic goals. dont trust the listed benefits (e.g. pingpong, foosball), as strict rules apply when its allowed to use them
Kommunikation
harsh, intransparent, sometimes deliberately false and offensive communication. trying to live "be open" as a value however saying something different to management's opinion is not tolerated

just read the other comments here. they are true.
company (which includes the 4 companies within the applike group) is ruled by pressure and fear, people are afraid to speak up. those who do and try to improve things, are cut down.
no empathy... not accepting any other opinions.
decisions are taken for all 4 companies of the group that make no sense for all companies because people and tasks are different.

generally distrusting every single employee
