The managing directors always greet you first and never forget to say bye once they are leaving the office. They never forget to say a simple Thank You, which i found quit rare nowadays. (and yes.. this simple thing means a lot to me.)
I’ve been working in Asian countries, Middle East, but only SOME of them treat me nice.
At Atlantik ,I feel very much appreciated as employee and what important as “Human”.
This might sound like a fake cosmetic comment to anyone who takes this negatively. But to me .. i can finally say… Atlantik is my home.

During Staff appraisal, ive been asked what would be my future career plan. This shows that the management cares and wants to know what i am interested in and how to move on from here.
