Arbeitsatmosphäre
The work atmosphere is positive and supportive and every effort to further develop the conditions for a nice work atmosphere are encouraged. atrain provides for example a game room with sofas, playstation and foosball as well as joint team lunches or team activities.
Kommunikation
Communiation and involvement are taken care of, e.g. with the monthly business update newsletter and regular town halls. Sometimes however information is not shared fast enough or leaks, so not everybody has the full picture of what's going on at the same time.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Great collaboration, team spirit and intercultural exchange are part of atrain's DNA. Even in stressful times colleagues support each other and think and act with other people's perspective in mind. Many people here are not only colleagues, but also friends and it's normal to go for a pizza or watching a soccer match after work.
Work-Life-Balance
The work hours can be quite intense and some projects require traveling on Saturdays or Sundays. There is the possibility to take compensation time, but overall the work hours are not 9-to-5.

Interessante Aufgaben
Most of the topics to work on are very intersting, exciting and challenging in a good way. It's very motivating to work on projects that have a real impact for atrain's customers and do not only allow for but require creativity, critical thinking and result orientation.
Arbeitsbedingungen
atrain is growing very fast, which makes it necessary to move and change offices quite often, with some hiccups sometimes in the first weeks. I personally highly appreciate the office and how it is set up, as is is directly in the city center - great to spend breaks in the sun, a restaurant nearby or also some in-between-shopping. In addition, the 3 of the 4 offices are in really beautiful historic buildings with modern equipment inside.
