Many thanks for sharing your positive thoughts! We are very glad to read that you enjoy working at atrify and that our efforts to create a comfortable working environment as well as offering career development opportunities for our employees are being appreciated.

Of course, for a company of our size with rather flat hierarchies, it is not easy to offer the same career paths as big companies do. Still, we are continuously working on developing a company-wide career plan for everyone.
It is also good to know that you feel like the communication across departments is improving more and more and that there is enough flexibility at work for you to handle the situation of having one child at home. This is very important to us, even though we are well aware of the fact that especially parents are currently suffering from the Corona situation.
