So far, I just want to give some information about the interview process. it consisted of three major events: phone interview (half of it in english, which I didn't experience at other companies and to be honest, I was surprised that they didn't), first personal interview and a final personal interview. between each of those steps there was always right enough time to think about if Austin Fraser would be right for me and vice versa. I know from other recruitment companies that they either rush things way too fast or take way too long. you don't want either. there were many things I appreciated within the interview process and contributed to my final decision to go to Austin Fraser: personality, honesty and communication. starting from the beginning until the finalization of the process, I was told how working at Austin Fraser will look like, what they offer and what they don't - so no false promises and no wrong expertations from both sides, which wasn't always the case when I was applying to other recruitment jobs. Austin Fraser really wanted to get to know me and they didn't asked those silly questions on the phone or during the personal interviews you get asked usually. very refreshing! I also liked the way the operations manager kept always in touch with me, giving me good and constructive feedback and making sure all my questions were answered perfectly. within the last two personal interviews I got to know the people behind Austin Fraser even better because they took their time they needed and didn't rush things. for the last personal interview I had to prepare a small english presentation and answer questions such as "how do you imagine your first months at Austin Fraser", "what do you think does a successful recruiter need?" or "why should Austin Fraser pick you?". it was great to show Austin Fraser what I already learned within the interview process and let them know why they should only pick me. all in all, I was very happy with the interview process at Austin Fraser and I could 100% recommend every aspiring recruiter to apply there.
