First Interview in German and English on the phone. Easy going chat about CV, life so far etc. Second interview in person in their office with the director. Nice and easy conversation althogh the director really wants to know why you decided to apply for consultant position. Prepare your cv though and back everything up with examples. But really nothing to worry about, as you can just ask anything you didnt understand. I was invited for the last interview at the end of the 2nd interview, which of course gave me instant positive feedback. For the third and final interview, I was supposed to prepare a power point presentation. They sent me instructions and I had enough time to think about each point and make the presentation the way I wanted. I was really impressed when the office asked me to drop by and show them my presentation so they can give me feedback and advice before I present the Power Point in my final interview. That was really helpful and I havent experienced that kind of support from any other company I applied for. Then, the third and final interview was with the director and two managers. The team is really young, so the atmosphere was really nice again and I didnt feel any pressure. after giving my presentation, they gave me feedback. After, they gave me a little input for the job and ask me for a role play where I was supposed to sell something to the director. They gave me around 7 minutes to prepare some questions and strategies and they came back in. I was told that it is not crucial to sell the product in the roleplay to them, but rather theyjust want to see how you approach it. so i was nervous, but it was all good. then, i was able to ask questions and clarify everything that I was still unsure about. the third interview took 3 hours, but it was definitely worth it. It makes sense that they want to test you for the position, so I thought it was a better application process than with other companies. The company really understands what you want from them and they do anything that can help you with your decision. The extra effort that they put in was the last piece that made me sign their contract.
