Since most of us are working from home it changed a lot - for the better. More authentic.
Very open. Regular updates on how we're performing as a business. Any planned changes are announced on time. Communication between offices could be improved - especially regarding any updates or people leaving the company.
The company offers 100% remote work as well as an unlimited number of holidays. You can work whenever you want so it's easy to maintain a work-life balance. No one expects to do overtime.
Managers are standing behind their teams - in most cases, they ask for our opinion before significant changes will be implemented. In my experience very open and transparent.
