The atmosphere is very hectic and chaotic, seldomly there are chats outside of worktopics because everyone is too stressed.
Work-Life-Balance
I've worked days with 11-12 hours because something was broken and needed "urgent" fixing, had to rearrange private appointments because I could not make it due to unforeseen and uncommunicated deadlines hitting.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Friendly people overall but everyone is stressed and this is sadly affecting the "team-feeling"
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The managers in the engineering department are young and seem to me like they still want to be engineers and not managers. I know everyone of them is a very kind-hearted person but working for them is tiresome because one feels like you disturb them when you ask for something.
Arbeitsbedingungen
open office with no ANC headphones, makes it hard to focus in calls with customers when other employees are in a call aswell. In those instances you also can't move since you dont normally have a laptop so you're stuck there.
Kommunikation
The communication is very chaotic to say the least. E.q. when people leave, it's not really communicated. It causes so much havoc because everyone asks around for information to complete their tasks but only few people know and they are too busy to communicate clearly.
Gehalt/Benefits
the salary is competitive and the benefits are quite nice (Deutschlandticket, urbansportsclub ect) Only 28 vacation days though.
Interessante Aufgaben
The idea of the company is very nice and I see why, hosipitals need a better management software, there is a lot to do.
