Lack of communication between the headquarter and the staff in the practices and all decisions- from the change in personale to working hours and how the practices being run day to day were made from the top without consultation of the staff involved. Criticism are only viewed as attacks to the company.

Mainly young patients with benign illnesses lack of chronic diseases and the time given to treat each patient has been reduced down to minimal to improve the company profit.

A company focused too much on its image, designs and profit and not enough on the care of the patients. The doctors and nurses are superficially been treated as „equals“ by management but after sometime frustration builds when their opinions are continuously being disregarded and the focus is always on how to generate profit for the company. This is not how medicine works. We should be focused on how to treat patients not how to make money for the investors. A real disgrace to the German healthcare system.
