Nepotism and loacl of professional boundaries
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Great place to begin your career as long as you know how to navigate power
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
There is talent here, and the engineering work is real. But I would encourage prospective employees — particularly those from abroad and on work visas — to ask direct questions about reporting structures, family connections within leadership, and how personnel decisions are made before accepting an offer. Understand what you're walking into. I wish the company well. I learned a great deal — including some things I did not expect to learn.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Please maintain your profesionalism . Non professional behavior of the companies employees often destroys what ever brand and image the company is trying to build especially if completely contarary to stated values. also why not move different doesnt mean you move differenttly in a negative direction !
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Really no communication at all from management , Most co workers were competent some were not and netpotism played a very big part so work and assignments were not merit driven but based on whom you can keep happy
Kommunikation
Absolutely no communication from senior management . No appreciation for good work done I single handedly saved a project but never heard anything about it . again having to deal with immature tantrums , from junior underqualified non technical workers was a drag
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Mostly good most people were very genuine
Work-Life-Balance
This was one of the biggest benifits and something I really appreciated although some people would take advantage of this
Vorgesetztenverhalten
They say let the dead be dead but sometimes a resurrection is required . good emplyees never really leave a company they leave a bad culture and manager this was my giggest complaint Nepotism and lack of professional boundaries .
My experience raised serious concerns about the boundary between personal relationships and professional decisions at the management level. I observed situations where the interpersonal dynamics involving senior leadership appeared to influence personnel decisions in ways that were difficult to reconcile with stated company values around meritocracy and fairness.
Project reassignments were made without clear technical justification and appeared to be driven by factors unrelated to performance. When I attempted to raise concerns through proper internal channels (direct manager), I found those channels were not available to me in a meaningful way when it mattered.
For International Workers:
If you are working in Germany on a visa tied to your employment, I would strongly recommend understanding your rights under the Allgemeines Gleichbehandlungsgesetz (AGG) and StGB and your options before signing.
Interessante Aufgaben
Tasks were interesting and fun and if looking to start your career may be a good place for you how ever if you are senior then your deniority will be overlooked
Arbeitsbedingungen
Ok on a day to day basis , I have seen worse, atleast there is good coffee
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
prople complain about lack of AC in the summer I was like this is better for the enviornment but the company should do more the office park is nice maybe plant more trees ? landscape the pond in front of the office ?
Gehalt/Benefits
Way lower than competitors
Image
No real image of its own always trying to piggyback of a perner or the parent company but great at reputation management
Karriere/Weiterbildung
If you are senior and were not with the company dince the beginning your prospects are limited important to know the right movers and shakers
