Very little holidays and long working hours. Their strategy is to identify with the company and the people to create a sense of 'belonging together' so you no longer mind to be underpaid and to do unpaid extra hours.

Top down approach. Many managers are in their positions because they started when the company was small. Now they are in managerial positions without any experience of how to manage people.

It's very repetitive and not very challenging at all.

They present themselves a very international but many high positions are held by Germans and the low paid jobs are done by international staff.

Very badly paid for a big and successful company. They not a start-up anymore but a business a usual.
