Babbel has been an amazing career journey, salaries could be better
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I have always felt respected and there is a huge sense of community for many different types of people. Babbel doesnt let it end there, i can see they try to adapt to do things better
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
salary grid isnt really up to paar for many, and i am assuming tech may also feel that way
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Best part about Babbel, people from all over the world
Work-Life-Balance
other best part, remote working (within Germany) or up to 3 months in EU. Office available if need but not required
Karriere/Weiterbildung
i started in customer service and was able to build a career in PR after shadowing and continuously showing my interest. i do know this isnt everyone experience at Babbel but it did for me
Gehalt/Benefits
I have seen people in my field that get paid slightly higher or have other monetary benefits that i dont have
Arbeitsbedingungen
things have certainly changed, it feels a lil more unstable or at least its the anxiety speaking
Interessante Aufgaben
not always but in my current role - yes
