The company needs to build a culture and open its eyes to the world. As it has grown inorganically every site/department/location has a different culture. International collaboration must increase - the site/departments work on silos. Higher managment must also deflect from cost/productivity approach and be more human. Currently talents turnover is high and there is no formal succession plan.
