8 great years - the last year was not the greatest
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
In general flat hirachie
Working in interdisciplinary teams
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
That the company mainly is owned by a company who is not green and sustainable in my eyes
Verbesserungsvorschläge
I wish a very good vision and mission for the company
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Ok
Work-Life-Balance
quite high
Gehalt/Benefits
Salary is in a fair range.
Very good HR department.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
The r.e. is ok. But the BayWa AG with all the pesticide backround is not my taste!!
Kollegenzusammenhalt
very high - the project is king approach is great
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
If you are performing in the company you will get your chance.
Performing means in here professional work tasks and soft skills
Vorgesetztenverhalten
It depends which lean manager you have. There are great ones in the company. But like in every company there minor great ones.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Very great office
Good IT equipment
Only a shower at work is missing
Kommunikation
On same level or lower great.
From top to down there is still place for improvement.
Gleichberechtigung
It is good compared to others. But in this field there is still room for improvement. A little bit more woman power or international setup in the middle and top management would be great.
Interessante Aufgaben
My work tasks was very interesting
