Was a good company but not anymore

Good projects and working atmosphere. Not the same as it was before. The office is great and also the small benefits.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
- The company has changed drastically. The management offers no transparency or communication. Everything is confidential, and the consultants seem to be enjoying the money & attention.
- Compensation review was done 4 months ago, but no communication on when it will be paid.
- Good work is compensated with more responsibilities, managers don’t entertain money talks.
- False hopes that things will get better next year, we might have money later, then why get more work done now?
- New projects, great business requirements, high priority topics but salary cant be increased.
- New roles, new offers but the existing employees are suffering, probably they want us to leave voluntarily.
Overall, this company felt very different when I joined, now its full of insecurity, false hopes and no real growth.
