In Office: Very nice. It is very easy to focus due to the location and having beverages and coffee is a nice add- on for office work.
Kommunikation
in general short communication channels, and you always get all the informations you need in a short manner of time.
Work-Life-Balance
I never had any problems if I had to change to Home Office, or if I needed a day off on a short notice.

I didn't notice any Weiterbildung yet for students but I also didn't ask explicitly
