Overall it is okay, people are nice to each other.
Work-Life-Balance
No work life balance, often overworked, felt overwhelmed. They don’t really care when your availability is, they just randomly put you in slots, even if you tell them you can’t work in this time.
Gehalt/Benefits
So much working overtime without getting paid (because the system doesn’t count the time overworked automatically) and when you get off work earlier ( bc there aren’t a lot customers, and we finish our tasks earlier) the system deduct the salary automatically.
