Expanding mentorship programs could also strengthen knowledge transfer between experienced and newer employees and even more than that between teams. Transfering knowledge is key for a company which is growing at our pace. There is not a clear strategy on this and definetly could help a lot.

In terms of administrative digital tools, the company is at the level it needs to be. However, I see great potential in integrating AI into our workflows to improve efficiency and focus on more strategic tasks. Additionally, accelerating the implementation of digital tools for process control, trend analysis, and graphical data representation would be a significant step forward. The next logical step would be leveraging AI for process optimization based on data insights.

The work environment is excellent. The company has provided great support during my relocation, and I have felt welcomed by colleagues who are always open to sharing their knowledge and experience. The international aspect of the team makes collaboration even more enriching.

My role is highly technical and specialized, and despite being in the company for only six months, I have experienced an excellent onboarding process. The support from my manager has been outstanding, and I can see a clear career path for the coming years.
The current feedback process allows for qualitative discussions. A key aspect I find valuable is the regular one-on-one sessions with my manager, where we continuously align expectations and plans. This structured approach ensures ongoing development and clarity.

There is great respect and appreciation for experienced colleagues who have been with the company for decades. They are always open to sharing their knowledge and guiding others, which enhances teamwork and learning. However strategically I think could be more structure and organize/standardize process.
