Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
During my internship, I experienced a management style that I found unnecessarily stressful. For example, interns were encouraged to shorten their lunch breaks because the supervisor had limited time for lunch, even when long cafeteria queues made this difficult. This created unnecessary pressure despite circumstances being beyond the intern’s control. The offboarding process could also be improved. Although I intended to return my company laptop on my last working day, I was asked to come back on another day because my supervisor was not in the office. By that time, my building access had already been deactivated since my contract had ended, leaving me to arrange access and return the equipment on my own.

The internship experience could be improved through a more structured onboarding process, clearer task ownership, and regular feedback sessions. In my case, expectations were not always clearly communicated, and there were very few scheduled one-on-one meetings during the six-month internship. More consistent mentoring, timely feedback, and better inclusion in relevant meetings would help interns understand priorities, develop more effectively, and contribute with greater confidence. The offboarding and reference letter process could also be handled in a more transparent and reliable manner.
