Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Sadly, this is the worst place I have ever worked.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

There is no management, no planning, no effective communication, only chaos and a lot of overtime.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

You need to communicate better with your employees, you need good managers, not trying to solve every problem with overtime!
