Try listening to people’s complaints. They are not complaining and leaving for no reason. Find the toxic energy and get rid of it.

The environment is toxic. Bad people and I mean BAD people stay and get promoted.

Some people get to work at home or don’t need to travel while others are being held hostage, busting their A‘s off in foreign countries very far from home with no or not enough help.

Kollegenzusammenhalt
Unfortunately all the good colleagues are leaving, making it hard to hold up to one another. The departments don’t work together either.

Big Boss doesn’t know how to talk to people. Or let me rephrase. Doesn’t know how to listen. Sometimes you can even hear him from the hall yelling at managers. He’s scary to be honest.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Never in my life I had to work as much hours like in this company. Also having to work on the knees all the time due to product construction. They need to find something to stop it from being so painful.
Kommunikation
They have all the digital tools needed for a good communication and the place isn’t very huge so it would be possible to communicate eye to eye. However there are no behavioral rules whatsoever and it seems that folks are working against eachother.
Gleichberechtigung
Unfortunately I didn’t feel very appreciated in this company.
Interessante Aufgaben
The product is pretty interesting. That’s how they get people to be interested in the company in the first place.
