Strong politic relations among management position. They look at employees like numbers, and have no interest on retaining talents.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Changing some positions among the top management that currently have a toxic and narcissistic behavior, treating employees with fairness. Those are good points to start with. Then you might also start considering raising salaries of the employees that are more than 3 years at the company... so that they get at least the average of the industry.

Even thou the colleagues in the team are great, there is known that some politics are going on at higher levels and are not communicated with the rest of the employees, which creates a big uncertainty feeling.
Kommunikation
This has partially improve among the last year, but still are promises not fulfilled yet. Few top managers talk to the employees in a regular base, and we wonder what are they doing.

There are a lot of great colleagues at the company, the only thing worth to be there.

Currently the top managers at the company are not interested in the well-being of the employees, and they are just working on some secret agenda that seems to involve getting rid from as many employees as possible to reduce expenses.
Interessante Aufgaben
Depending of the department. If you are at new games department you will get chances to work in some interesting product, while the workers at old games are just dealing with maintenance tasks. There is no rotation or interaction between both departments.
Gleichberechtigung
There are many hard-working women more capable than men on middle management position. But they get few chances in this company. Also no fair salaries there.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Yes, they like them. Those have stop having career expectations or asking for better salaries.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Some people managed to get some new computer among the last year, but others are working with tremendously slow and failing devices.

There was a time, but the company does not care any longer.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The lowest wages in the industry. Salary raise is not an option. Unless you make some favor to some top management again.

The image of this company was bad since a long time ago. It is not improving, and will not. I would advise to anyone thinking into joining Bigpoint to reconsider it.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Only if you make some favor to some high level manager, you might get some promotion or relocated to a position where he could get some advantage from. You will become his minion, thou.
