All time low for the last 6-12 months as the Chinese upper management drive the company to the ground watching employees jumping ship left right and center.
Kommunikation
For the past 12 months upper management have been removing as much transparency as they can. The few times they do make an effort the information is so far from reality you wonder which company they are managing.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Due to the lack of transparency and strange blame culture that comes from upper management the only colleague cohesion left is to shake our heads together at the latest management decisions and plans. Otherwise there is a 'oh my god we are so lucky to still have a job here' feeling coming from above.
Work-Life-Balance
100% remote possibility is the only thing that has made the last months bearable allowing for a decent balance here.

No 0 star available for this one unfortunately. A lets do everything at once attitude with every day reducing resources, no proper prioritization, telling each department something different, no transparency, this list could go on forever.
In summary though it appears to be a culture clash going on here, upper management expect us to behave the same as a Chinese employee with no understanding of how things work here and what a European employee expects from their superiors. It feels like a management style from 20 or 30 years ago, scaring their employees into submission and being offended if you were to ask why or point out something does not make sense. It also doesn't help they are all located in Shanghai.
Interessante Aufgaben
Tasks used to be great here - now it's do what your told and don't ask any questions. 90% of ones tasks are waste of time tasks.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Low salaries for most employees, yearly bonuses reduced to 0 and no possibility for raises unless tied to impossible to achieve bonuses
Image
Poor image due to non-competitive conditions for employees and poor image for remaining players as they are pushed for every last cent.
Games are also very old so not appealing to new players
