From Vision to Survival Mode - Panic instead of Strategy.

There seems to be only one strategy: make the working environment so uncomfortable that employees are happy to accept a severance package or leave voluntarily.
Selected employees have seen their working hours reduced from 40 to 35 hours, remote work has been cut back, bonuses have disappeared, and there is little sense of a future or career perspective.
The organization feels increasingly paralyzed. Decisions are slow, accountability is lacking, and many managers still rely on outdated leadership styles. Instead of inspiring and leading people through change, management often appears hesitant and reactive.
The company gives the impression of operating in panic mode rather than following a clear vision or long-term strategy. Communication is inconsistent, priorities change frequently, and employees are left with uncertainty instead of confidence.
This review reflects my personal experience, but unfortunately I can no longer recommend this company as an employer.
