communication between employees is 10 of 10. From Top management to there is like always some lack of communication for future strategies.

very flexible working hours, homeoffice possible and also possible to schedule very flexible private appointments and to catch up on work afterwards. But also it can happen on stressfull days that some overtime is needed.
