Was very good and mostly positive.

Everything what the normal worker could know, was available and communicated. Very transparent.

Team work was good, but I had the feeling that not everyone was determined for the team success, bit for themself, which hurt the team spirit.
Work-Life-Balance
Home-Office was allowed normally, working was freely adjustable. For rhe management it was important that the job is done, not how long yku stay and "work" in company.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Very correct, always open and transparent, very helpful. In my time I changed in total 3 bosses, everyone was as described.
Interessante Aufgaben
Many new inovations, new projects and interestimg developement phases. Testing laboratory was extra fun.

Since it is still a family owned bussiness, they really care about elder colleagues and give them a lot of chances.
