Work hard, play hard! If you are searching for a 9-5 job than the company is not the place to be. If you searching for sport activities within your working day, challenges, drive and get shi*t done and personal grow, than the work-life-balance is great. I work from 9 to 18:30 roughly every day. Much better than in my previous companies.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The founder and top management really cares about the issues of everyone and tries to find a solution for every (personal) issue. I experiences that they tried to find a way, that someone could work 6 months from abroad to join his girlfriend for a trip. However, leadership experience and skills are different among different team leads. Some have to improve.
