Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Great gym and food. Over all really nice colleagues and interesting tasks.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Transparency in communication for changes and for pay rise can be improved.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Being more transparent with pay rise and talking about it and make them more in time not 6 months later.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Depending on the department, but in my department it is a great leadership. I get support when needed but I have the freedom to grow.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Great equipment and the gym is awesome.
Kommunikation
Changes are often not communicated in a transparent way. It is often kept as a secret.
Gehalt/Benefits
Could be better compared to other same sized companies in Munich.
Gleichberechtigung
It is a big topic and I think in the teams it is equal. But in the C level it is still only men.
