Flexible Working Hours
Brainlab believes in flexible working hours for employees. Employees are expected to be in the office during core working hours but those who wish to start the day early, or show up a little later, have the ability to do so. Every employee is able to design their working day to suit them best while still ensuring that they are available at peak times of the day.

The new Brainlab HQ is situated in a great location, in the Munich inner transport zone. The office is easily accessible by both car and U-Bahn. An onsite garage is available for those that drive while those that prefer public transportation have a direct line on the U2 from the city center. As an employer, Brainlab encourages employees to commute environmentally friendly. Bike storage, changing rooms and a dry room are available onsite to make cycling to work as easy as possible.
