The office space and exterior presentation are genuinely modern and impressive. The infrastructure is top-notch and certainly presents a beautiful, professional facade.

Unfortunately, the striking exterior is a stark contrast to the toxic culture inside. The work environment is heavily defined by micro-management and excessive control, particularly from my direct manager.
• Management Style: My manager created an atmosphere of constant pressure, expecting immediate day and night responses. Tasks were often vague or unclear, yet followed by continuous, high-pressure questioning. Critical access and resources needed to complete the job were often deliberately limited, creating unnecessary roadblocks and frustration.
• Communication & Culture: Communication was exceptionally poor. Instead of clear guidance, there were instances of unprofessional behavior and yelling for no clear or productive reason. This created a stressful, demotivating, and emotionally draining atmosphere.
• Work-Life Balance: Due to the almost 24/7 pressure and expectation of constant availability, the work-life balance was non-existent.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
The company needs a fundamental shift in its leadership and management philosophy. Invest in training for managers on constructive feedback, clear delegation, and professional communication. A zero-tolerance policy for yelling or aggressive behaviour should be strictly enforced to foster a respectful and healthy culture.
