Working with Brick Take Over was a deeply disappointing experience. The work environment is sooo toxic
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Working hours were somewhat flexible , but that alone doesn’t make up for the many negative aspects.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The way employees are treated is disrespectful. There’s a lot of gossip, especially about people they personally dislike. If you try to stand up for your rights, you’re labeled as a problem. The boss is often in a bad mood and takes it out on others. Foreign employees who don’t speak German are taken advantage of, and it’s nearly impossible to have an open discussion about contracts or salaries.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
The company urgently needs to improve its professionalism in dealing with employees. Contracts should be clear and fair, communication around salary and vacation days should be transparent. Employees deserve to be heard instead of being shut down when raising valid concerns.
Work-Life-Balance
Its okay, its flexible
Karriere/Weiterbildung
If you’re looking to grow professionally, this is not the place.
Gehalt/Benefits
The salary is minimum wage, and there are no real benefits, unless you count grabbing a piece of fruit from the fruit bowl. For the amount of work expected, the compensation and support are extremely lacking.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
unprofessional behavior and constant gossip. especially targeted toward employees they don’t personally like. If you happen to be on someone’s bad side, they will deliberately create problems for you.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The management is especially problematic. The boss is frequently in a bad mood and takes it out on employees by being unnecessarily rude and disrespectful. If you simply try to ask for your basic rights like taking your legal vacation days, you risk being fired on the spot if he’s not in a good mood.
Kommunikation
Communication within the company is poor and often one-sided. There is a serious lack of open and respectful communication.
Gleichberechtigung
Foreign employees who don’t speak German are often taken advantage of. The contracts are done however they want, with little explanation or fairness. If you try to discuss anything regarding your salary or vacation days, they become defensive and argumentative. In the end, it’s always their way or no way.
Interessante Aufgaben
The tasks were not challenging and mostly repetitive.
