I Never heard about a Company where the focus on work Life Balance is so good. From my Point of view. I think it could depend a little bit in which Department or „area“ you work in Connection with take Holiday.
Esspacially the Familie Part is very Great.

Overall ist good. You know its nearly impossible to be good with all employes in a big Company but from my Point of view is very good.
