Cities Consulting is very unstable with only very small projects
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Flexible working hours, young team with really helpful colleagues
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Not much support from leadership with no guidance or help with questions during a project.
Favouritism and not work based career progression.
Gender inequality to the highest.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
It is very tense and the leadership is into favouritism where hard working has no value. At the beginning of the year, 20% of of the team was laid off and only women and people of colour were laid off.
Kommunikation
There is zero open communication between the leadership and the team members. If any questions are asked in the team meeting, the leadership is unhappy. Even when 20% of the team was laid off at the beginning of the year, people got told off for asking questions in a team meeting.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The team members are very collegial and great to work with
Work-Life-Balance
There is no good division of work between the team members. Some people always have too much to do and some people barely have anything.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Don’t ask questions or be ready to face the consequences. Do not speak up in team meetings and you’ll get a promotion every year.
Interessante Aufgaben
The team had some very good projects but since over a year, there have barely been any big project.
Gleichberechtigung
Big gender pay gap and no women above Senior Consultant level. Women never get concrete answers for what their career trajectory looks like.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Some older colleagues are treated well if the leadership likes you.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Greenwashing at it’s best
Gehalt/Benefits
Even jobs with the city pay you better. There is a huge gender pay gap. It is spoken about quite often and everyone’s told “We are looking into it”, but nobody knows of any concrete steps that have been taken against this.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Don’t speak up in meetings and always nod along with everything and promotions are handed over based on favouritism.
