What I found most valuable about this internship was the opportunity to work on projects that genuinely contributed to the company's objectives rather than completing purely academic or simulated tasks. It allowed me to experience real working conditions in a professional environment.

I also appreciated the opportunity to learn on many different levels: improving my skills in my own field of design, gaining a better understanding of how a company operates—especially in an international setting—and discovering a scientific and technical field that was entirely new to me. This variety made the internship both challenging and highly rewarding.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

The working conditions and the overall atmosphere were excellent. I was provided with all the equipment and resources I needed to carry out my work effectively, and the working environment was friendly, relaxed, and very enjoyable.

Work-Life-Balance

The work-life balance was excellent as well. From the very beginning, I was asked to let the team know whenever I was taking a break so that I would not be disturbed during my personal time. I was never contacted about work or asked to deal with work-related matters outside of my working hours. I really appreciated the company's respect for employees' personal time and work-life balance.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Although my background is more oriented toward art and design, and I plan to pursue a career in a more artistic field, I believe that having completed an internship at this company demonstrates my professionalism, adaptability, and ability to work on complex, highly technical, and scientific topics. I consider this experience to be a valuable asset for my future career.

Gehalt/Benefits

Regarding compensation, I had not requested a salary before starting my internship, so the financial compensation was relatively modest. However, considering the short duration of my internship, I found this entirely reasonable. In addition, I was entitled to paid time off and received the same level of support and consideration for personal matters as the other employees, which I greatly appreciated.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

The company also places a strong emphasis on waste sorting and recycling. We were expected to separate our waste accordingly, which I believe is a very positive practice and reflects the company's commitment to environmental responsibility.

Older colleagues always treated me with great respect, and even as an equal. Everyone was kind, respectful, and welcoming, regardless of age or experience. I always felt valued and included as a member of the team.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

The behavior and support of my supervisors were excellent as well. My internship supervisor always took the time to provide constructive feedback, offer valuable advice, and explain any instructions I had not fully understood. He was consistently patient and supportive, allowing me to learn at my own pace while encouraging me to become more independent.

Arbeitsbedingungen

The working conditions were excellent as well. I was provided with my own desk and all the equipment I needed to carry out my work effectively. Everything was well organized, clean, and maintained, allowing me to work in a comfortable and professional environment throughout my internship.

Kommunikation

Communication was excellent overall. The only minor limitation was that, as an intern, I was not included in some discussion channels, and occasionally conversations took place in German, which made them difficult for me to follow. However, this was completely understandable and did not negatively impact my internship experience.

Gleichberechtigung

Regarding equality and inclusion, I did not notice any differences in the way people were treated. Although there were no employees in a role equivalent to mine from a different gender or background with whom I could make a direct comparison, I never observed any unequal treatment toward anyone within the company. Everyone appeared to be treated with the same level of respect, fairness, and professionalism.

Interessante Aufgaben

The tasks I was assigned all felt meaningful and valuable. Each one helped me learn and develop different skills. They clearly addressed real business needs and gave me a genuine understanding of how the company operates, both in terms of its day-to-day activities and its overall way of working. This made my contributions feel useful and allowed me to gain practical experience in a professional environment.
