It is a startup, the stakes are high and performance is expected. There is pressure, but i a healthy and motivating manner.

Some managers are a little inexperienced, which can lead to previously mentioned "hickups", but there is a common understanding that we are collaborating and developing together. Especially being able to talk openly and honestly to managers/leads is a big plus.
