Communication is generally good. Still some room for improvement to use the right channels and transport the information that is relevant. But the necessary people already got that feedback and are working on improving this.

You can openly talk to everyone, not only in your own department. If you need help you'll definitely find someone to support. It's been pretty easy to start working at Capmo, even remotely, due to the nice colleagues and warm atmosphere.

Not a typical startup where you feel you need to work over hours all the time. No one expects that.
