The atmosphere is great. A lot of positiveness and energy. The company conducted several initiatives to improve employees' mental health in these turbulent times, which is highly appreciated.

Great feedback culture. There are several channels to provide and receive feedback.

The only point to improve: being part of a newly formed team requires some level of patience until that team feels like a team. But I'm confident we'll get there.

Great. Trust-based culture. No need to do overtime or to reply to emails at night. I one day you stay longer because you wanted to finish something, you go earlier home the next day. No questions asked.

Doesn't really apply. Everyone is pretty fresh at the company.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Perhaps a bit more flexibility when choosing equipment (laptop, peripherals, etc.) would be desirable. Although if I any special requirements regarding equipment, they were addressed promptly.

Swag/merch is made out of recyclable materials. Recycling in the office could be improved, though.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
No complaints about salary.
It would be desirable that the company would offer some sort of equity program.
