Great team and amazing culture. Working remote and scaling comes with a bit of difficulties to keep the team spirit up, but in general great. What I especially appreciate is that employee happiness is really valued a lot. If you have a problem or something bothers you, you will for sure be taken seriously.

Very transparent, direct and clear communication. Capmo has a very open feedback culture which is really amazing.
Work-Life-Balance
Working times are definitely employee friendly. Many people have kids and a clear working schedule which is no problem. Additionally Capmo is open to part time work models if it complies with the position.

Nice centrally located office with fruits, drinks, terrace, etc. It is a bit too small for everyone to come to the office, which will however change soon.

Example: Capmo leadership is extremely proactive and taking responsibility for Ukraine war happenings by donating money and organising other donation of goods of employees.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There is development budget plus 2 days that every employee can use for development. Everyone needs to "organise" their development on their own though. There is not much internal content / classes / coaching etc. that everyone can profit from.
