False promises and information, terrible communication inside the company, no industry experts to help out. The worst management I've seen.

Trust your people and their expertise. A little more respect from human to human wouldn't be too terrible either.

The atmoshphere of working, at least inside my team, was great most of the time, eventho you could always feel the bad management coming through and pulling the atmosphere down.

The worst management I've ever seen. No idea about the industries, on a personal level, I gotta say, horrible personalities and humans, you don't want to work for. They don't care about you as a person, how long you've been inside the company or what you've done. They will lay you off with a bad offer once it fits them.

Forcing people into the office while being promised otherwise during the application process. Well. Yea.
Kommunikation
One of the worst communications I've seen inside a company, especially when it comes to new from the company and management. Important changes and information often were an email which brought up more questions than before.
Interessante Aufgaben
Interesting but super complex tasks without proper directions or visions from management. A new regulation comes out? Figure it out on your own, there will be no expert.
