- Very smart, driven and ambitious people
- Great mission
- Flexible working hours
- "Fördern & fordern" - when you invest time & effort, you can learn a lot from founders and colleagues combined with attractive compensation packages and VSOP
- Possibility to oder food after 7pm with the team
- Very well positioned in the market compared to competitors
• Interesting space & topic
• Flexible working hours, Urban Sports, etc.
• Some very smart & driven colleagues
• Micromanagement
• No clear decision-making, going back & forth on decisions, founders often had opposing opinions
• Negative comments on ex-colleagues
• Practice what you preach. Asking people to come to the office while continuously being away yourself won't work
• Stick to processes & structures & take responsibility
• Listen to your people, their needs, ideas for improvement
There is a strong culture of micromanagement across product and engineering, which limits ownership and slows down decision-making, it’s difficult to truly own sth or move quickly, since even small decisions often require multiple approvals.
!!! Leadership (founder) presence is also inconsistent. It often feels like founders are more frequently being away in places like Mediterranean islands or Cape Town rather than being closely involved with the team, which leads to unclear priorities and shifting direction.
From both a product and engineering perspective, this results in reactive processes, limited autonomy, and difficulty executing a clear long-term vision.
Additionally, vacation days are limited and you shouldn’t take long vacations which makes it harder to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
There are some good people here, but overall the environment can be discouraging—especially if you’re looking for ownership, strong leadership, and a well-functioning product and engineering setup.
alles super, feels like a big family
Möglichkeit Essen zu bestellen nach 19 Uhr und dies gemeinsam mit dem Team zu essen
gibt nichts
Pretty well informed in their area of expertise. Great product. Open door upper management / CEO policy. Long year end end break. Good and experienced team leads. No micro management.
Stagnant to very limited career growth and salary hike options.
Performance reviews and employee career growth plans should be taken seriously. Invest in employee development and trainings.
Super spannende Themen und schnelle Entwicklung
There are performance reviews. But I hear from some colleagues that they are stuck in the same position, unable to grow and get promoted. This is something very typical of scale ups.
You grow, new people come in, the 'old' people who want to grow, get a raise, change roles, but they are ignored or forgotten.
These are colleagues who have been there from the beginning (or almost). What usually happens is that the person simply moves to another company and gets a bigger pay rise.
The cost of letting good people go is usually higher than the pay rise they ask for.
Positive, healthy.
Stopped the Budget for courses and own development, which was very atractive for me.
Sales All Hands are held monthly. CEOs are very open to questions
So verdient kununu Geld.
