I haven't seen such invalid assessment process like the one they have
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
they first sent a technical assessment test where they ask questions not even mentioned in Job description or related with it
after I noticed there is not a match in what they look for with my profile, I thought they must be knowing something thats why they proceeded my application, I took the assessment which lasts an hour and then they said I passed the expected score as well. As a result hiring manager (finally) said they could not consider me for thisposition.
here are my questions:
1- why did you require something you did not even mention in your Job Description
2- why did you steal my one hour and then let me know I am not a fit?
Unless I am a fit, you do not even get contact for technical assessment in the first place.
Completely invalid and time consuming recruitment process..
not matching with CARIAD quality at all
