Continues reorganization and frequent management changes. Barely chances to develop career. Not the company to stay long at and develop career.

As I noticed from my personal and my colleagues experience within many years. when someone applies for internal positions he/she was rejected. When trying to investigate further, the managers intention is to hire from outside. I would expect from the company to give more priority and chances for internal applicants first to develop.
The company since years is in continues reorganization and managers are changed very frequently. This makes difficult to have a consistent career development plan and holds on it or keep promises cross manager changes. As a result there is barely chances to develop career here.
